A decorator friend at Hirmer Große Größen asked if we’d be interested in setting up a stand in the store for a day. Naturally, we were all in.
What followed was anything but a small undertaking: selecting items, packing, transporting, setting up—and then, in the evening, doing it all in reverse. Anyone who has ever run a pop-up stand knows the drill: the setup is fun; the takedown, less so.
Since it was just before Easter, candles, cushions, and metallic pouches mingled with bunnies of every size and color. Black-and-white met vibrant color—and somehow, it worked.
It was a lot of fun! 😄🐣
